ACQUISITION OF DECKCHAIR.COM AND LEISUREHUNT.COM
NOTIFICATION OF RESULTS

Acquisition

OTC, the travel technology and distribution group, announces today that it has
entered into an agreement with World Travel Holdings plc for the acquisition of
the e-travel brands www.deckchair.com and www.leisurehunt.com for an aggregate
of £150,000 in cash.

Deckchair.com was one of the first e-travel brands in the UK, launched in 1998.
It has a database of 410,000 registered users with a profile similar to OTC's
own brands, www.onlinetravel.com and www.bargainholidays.com. The redesigned
Deckchair site will combine the best attributes of OnlineTravel and
BargainHolidays and will include OTC's pioneering Build-Your-Own (BYO)
technology.

Leisurehunt.com is leading hotel website, with 192,000 registered users with a
profile that fits closely to OTC's main hotel site, www.allhotels.com.

Mark Jones, CEO of OTC, commented:

Notification of results

The Company will announce its results for the six months to 30th April 2003 on
Thursday 3rd July 2003.
