Online Travel Corporation plc ('OTC') announces that 6,250 new OTC ordinary
shares of 1p each  (the 'New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted to
two employees upon the exercise of share options.


Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.
