Changes to Director Roles and Responsibilities

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.11(3), the Company announces that, Tim Cowper, Chief Financial Officer, in addition to retaining his existing responsibilities, has assumed responsibility for Investor Relations, Customer Services and Global IT, Business Systems & Digital, with effect from 24 February 2023.

In addition, Clive Brown's role title has been changed to Chief Technology, Innovation and Product Officer to reflect the remit of his role more accurately.
