Director/PDMR Notification

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

The Company has been notified that, on 4 May 2023, Clive Brown, a Director and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") has exercised options over 65,002 ordinary shares ("Shares") with an exercise price of £0.13 per Share in accordance with the Company's Share Option Plan and has sold the sufficient amount of Shares to cover the cost of options and satisfy his tax and NIC liability in respect of the exercise. These options were due to expire in June 2023.

This announcement is made pursuant to the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
