Grant and Cancellation of Options

Granting of options over existing shares


Online Travel Corporation Plc (' the Company') announces that on 20 August 2002
the Company approved the granting of options over 462,857 existing ordinary
shares to Robert McDonald, Technical Director of the Company. At 20 August 2002,
there were 99,209,376 ordinary shares in issue. These options are exercisable at
a subscription price of 23.5p after 20 August 2004 but before 20 August 2014.



Cancellation of options

At the same time, Robert McDonald has agreed to cancel the following existing
options over ordinary shares held by him:
