Grant of Options

OTC announces that on 12 January 2004, pursuant to the Company's unapproved
share option scheme, the Board of OTC granted options over 1,000,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company, all at an exercise price of 20.25 pence, to
the following directors:

                Number of Options

Mark Jones           500,000

Rob McDonald         300,000

Mark Simpkins        100,000

Andreas Ekkeshis     100,000


For each director, half of the granted share options will be exercisable from
12 January 2007 with the remainder becoming exercisable from 12 January 2008.
