On 14th August 2003, OTC received notification from Travelstore.com Group
Limited ('Travelstore') that, following the  sale of 4,500,000 ordinary shares
of 1p each in OTC ('Ordinary Shares'), Travelstore no longer has a disclosable
interest in the Ordinary Shares of OTC.
