On 8th September 2003, OTC received notification from Durlacher Corporation Plc
('Durlacher') that, following the sale  of 1,250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
in OTC ('Ordinary Shares') on 4th September 2003, Durlacher now holds 7,350,962
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 6.03 per cent of OTC's issued
Ordinary Shares.
