('Travelstore') that, following the sale of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
in OTC ('Ordinary Shares'), Travelstore holds 6,200,000 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 5.08 per cent. of OTC's issued Ordinary Shares.
