On 4 August 2003, OTC received notification that FMR Corp. and Fidelity
International Limited and their direct and indirect subsidiaries have notifiable
non-beneficial interests in 7,382,800 ordinary shares of 1p each in OTC 
('Ordinary Shares'), representing 6.06% of OTC's issued shares. The notifiable
interests also comprise the notifiable interest of Mr. Edward C. Johnson 3rd
(principal shareholder of FMR Corp. and Fidelity International Limited).


The shares are registered in the name of Mellon Bank, HSBC and Brown Brothers 
Harriman Ltd. LUX.
