Further to the announcement, on 3rd July 2003, that OTC was issuing 5,800,000
new ordinary shares of 1p each for cash (the 'Placing') Electra Quoted
Management Limited ('EQML'), has advised OTC that, as a result of its investment
management activities, it has a total interest of 5,800,000 ordinary shares of
1p each in OTC (the 'Shares') representing approximately 4.77 per cent. of OTC's
issued ordinary share capital as enlarged by the Placing.
