On 15th January 2004 the Company was notified that following the issue of shares 
in relation to the placing on 16th December 2003, which were admitted to trading 
on 9th January 2004, Electra Quoted Management Limited's ('EQML') shareholding 
of 5,800,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in OTC (the 'Shares') now represents 
approximately 3.3 per cent. of OTC's issued ordinary share capital.
