On 14 October 2003, OTC received notification from Durlacher Corporation Plc
('Durlacher') that, following the sale of  7,350,962 ordinary shares of 1p each
in OTC ('Ordinary Shares') on 10 October 2003, Durlacher no longer has a
notifiable interest in OTC's issued Ordinary Shares.
