Online Travel Corporation Plc ('OTC' or 'the Company')

Issue of Equity

OTC is pleased to announce that it has today completed a placing for cash of
630,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company.  The placing price was
25p per new ordinary share.  Application has been made for the new ordinary
shares to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the
London Stock Exchange ('AIM') and dealings are expected to commence on 18 July
2001.
