On 3rd July 2002 the Board of Online Travel Corporation PLC announced that it
had held  preliminary discussions with a third party which may or may not lead
to an offer being made for part or all of the Company.



The Board of the Company announces that such talks have now terminated.



The Company intends to release its interim results for the six months to 30th
April 2002 on Monday 8th July 2002.
