Publication of 2022 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Oxford Nanopore Technologies plc (LSE:ONT), the company behind a new generation of nanopore-based sequencing technology, today announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, copies of the following documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism:

·      Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 ("2022 ARA"); and

·      Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023 ("2023 AGM Notice").

Printed copies of the 2022 ARA and 2023 AGM Notice, together with the Form of Proxy for use in connection with the 2023 Annual General Meeting, have been posted to shareholders who have requested hard copies. Electronic copies of the 2022 ARA and 2023 AGM Notice are available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at https://nanoporetech.com/about-us/investors.

The 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's offices at Gosling Building, Edmund Halley Road, Oxford Science Park, Oxford, OX4 4DQ at 11.00am on Monday 12 June 2023. Further details regarding the arrangements for the 2023 Annual General Meeting can be found in the 2023 AGM Notice.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

For the purposes of complying with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the 2022 ARA being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism contains the following regulated information in unedited form:

·      The Directors' responsibility statement made in respect of the Financial Statements and Directors' Report contained in the 2022 ARA; and
