Oxford Technology 2 VCT has invested £100,000 in Eurogen Systems Ltd for 100,000
ordinary shares, representing about 25% of the equity.

Eurogen Systems Ltd produces software for the hire industry, covering all
aspects of hire, including plant, tool, catering, and more recently, vehicles.
There are many opportunities for expansion, both in the new vehicle hire market
and geographically, particularly overseas, where the new vehicle-hire software
is already in use in many countries. Oxford Technology 2 VCT is co-investing
alongside a number of other parties, including Oxford Technology VCT, and it is
intended that this round should provide capital to allow further development of
the next generation software and to strengthen the company's orderbook.
