Oxford Technology 2 VCT has invested £200,000 in Acumen Business Solutions Ltd.
£100,000 was invested in return for 3,333 ordinary shares representing 33% of
the equity, and a further £100,000 has been committed for preference shares,
once key milestones have been reached.

Acumen Business Solutions Ltd produces a document tracking software package
called 'Aware'. The software is capable of tracking documents as they move
around a company, maintaining a log of where the documents have been and
compiling a waiting list of those wishing to receive the document next. Acumen
made its first sale of Aware to a 600 partner law firm where it has been
enthusiastically received, and now the company is actively seeking resellers and
distributors for the software package.
