Oxford Technology 2 VCT has invested £100,000 in F1F9 (UK) Ltd in exchange for a
10% shareholding.

F1F9 (UK) Ltd has two strands to its business.  Firstly, it provides training
and advice in financial modelling to large companies, primarily banks and
accountancy firms in the London market.  Secondly, it is developing software
which is intended to make large financial models easier to understand and more
efficient to review.  However, the company wishes to keep the details of this
new software confidential for the time being.
