Oxford Technology 2 VCT has invested £200,000 in M3 Networks Ltd - £50,000 for
new ordinary shares representing 25% of the equity, and £150,000 in the form of
a loan to the company.

M3 Networks Ltd was founded in November 2000 by a team of three Cisco networks
specialists.  Between them they have a great deal of experience at supplying and
installing Cisco networks to the Further Education market and have established a
solid customer base early on in the company's history.
