           Offer for Subscription now fully subscribed
                        
The   Board  of   Oxford Technology 2 are pleased to  confirm that the remaining
shares available under the Offer for Subscription in respect   
of the 2000/2001 tax year have now been fully subscribed.  A   further
1,084,800  Ordinary Shares of 10p each  have been allotted which brings   
the total to 6,000,000 raising a total of  £6  million. Accordingly,  
the  Offer is now closed.

Dealings in the 1,084,800 Ordinary Shares of 10p each allotted today 
will commence on Wednesday 19th April 2000.
