LISTING OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES

Further to the announcements of 6 May, 27 April and 6 April 2010, the Board announces that pursuant to the 2009/2010 Offer for Subscription the total of 158,341 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each, issued and allotted,  are expected to commence trading on 11 May 2010.

The Company's total issued share capital now comprises 6,801,923 shares of 10 pence each ("Shares")
