The Company announces that it will be paying an interim dividend of 2.5 pence on each ordinary share. This follows the sale of its holding in Telegesis Ltd.
The ex-dividend date is 21st January 2016.
The record date for the dividend is 22nd January 2016.
The payment date is 19th February 2016.
