PACIFIC HORIZON INVESTMENT TRUST PLC ('the Company')


Additional Listing


Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC announces that an application has been made
to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing on
1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company.


The Company may issue any or all of these shares for cash, on a non pre-emptive
basis, from time to time provided always that such issues will be made at prices
above the then prevailing net asset value per share.


If is expected that the shares will be admitted to trading under the block
listing facility on 9 May 2008.
