The Company announces the allotment of 700,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each fully
paid under its block listing facility.


Following the allotment there are 77,187,002 Ordinary Shares in issue.


These shares were issued for cash on 1 November 2006 at a price of 120.25p per
share.  The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 31
October 2006 was 114.18p.
