The Company announces the allotment of 350,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each fully
paid on 13 November 2006 under its block listing facility.

Following the allotment there are 77,537,002 Ordinary Shares in issue.

These shares were issued for cash on 13 November 2006 at a price of 124.5p per
share.  The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 10
November 2006 was 118.53p.
