At the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 October 2008, it is proposed that new Articles of Association be adopted in order to update Pacific Horizon's' existing Articles of Association to take account of changes in UK company law brought about by the implementation of the Companies Act 2006. A summary of the proposed changes to the existing Articles of Association is set out in the appendix to the Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2008. The new Articles of Association are available to the public from Baillie Gifford & Co, Level 5, Ivybridge House, 1-5 Adam Street, London, WC2N 6AW.
