                            Appointment of Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Michael Morrison to the
Board with effect from 3 September 2002.

Michael Morrison, aged 63, is a former senior partner of Taylor Joynson Garrett,
solicitors, and is Chairman of Yuills Limited.

Mr Morrison currently has no beneficial interest in the shares of the Company.

The appointment of Mr Morrison falls to be ratified by Shareholders at the
Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 28 October 2002.
