Appointment of Director
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Miss Jean Matterson to the
Board with effect from 2 September 2003.
Miss Jean Matterson, aged 47, is a partner of Rossie House Investment Management
which specialises in private client portfolio management with a particular
emphasis on investment trusts. She was previously with Stewart Ivory & Co for
20 years, as an investment manager and a director since 1988. She is a director
of Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC.
Miss Matterson has a beneficial interest in 50,000 shares of the Company.
The appointment of Miss Matterson falls to be ratified by Shareholders at the
Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 28 October 2003.
No additional information is required to be disclosed in respect of Miss
Matterson pursuant to 6F2 (b) - (g) of the Listing Rules.
