Change in Portfolio Manager
Baillie Gifford & Co has, following consultation with the Board, appointed Ewan Markson-Brown as portfolio manager of Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC with immediate effect. Roderick Snell will continue to be the deputy and Mike Gush will continue to provide input as a member of the Emerging Markets Department, which covers Asian equities.

Ewan Markson-Brown (34) joined Baillie Gifford in September 2013 where he has specific responsibility for covering the Korean and ASEAN markets. Prior to joining Baillie Gifford he had been a Senior Vice President, Emerging Market Equities, at PIMCO Europe and prior to that a portfolio manager covering Asian equities at Newton Investment Management. In total he has 14 years' investment experience.
