Reduction in Management Fees

The Board of Pacific Horizon Investment Trust Plc announces a reduction in the annual management fee payable to its Investment Managers and Secretaries, Baillie Gifford & Co.  With effect from 1 April 2013, the annual management fee will be reduced from a flat rate of 1% of net assets to a rate of 0.95% on the first £50m of net assets and 0.65% on the balance. The fee will continue to be calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.
