Purchase of Own Securities

On 13 March 2012, the Company purchased for cancellation of 35,000 ordinary shares at a price of 163.1977p.

Following the purchase and cancellation of the above shares 75,167,002 ordinary shares of 10p each will remain in issue. Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure (75,167,002) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
