Director's shareholding

Michael Page International plc (the 'Company') was informed that on the 17 March 2011, Charles-Henri Dumon, an Executive Director of the Company, (i) exercised options under the 2001 Michael Page Executive Share Option Scheme to acquire the number of Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Shares') in the Company at the price per Share detailed below and (ii) sold the number of Shares at the price per Share detailed below. All unexercised options under the 2001 Michael Page Executive Share Option Scheme that remain outstanding on 31 March 2011 will lapse, as the 10 year life of the plan will end.
