Grant of options to Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

Michael Page International plc (the "Company") announces that on 10 March 2010, under the terms of the Michael Page International plc Executive Share Option Scheme ("ESOS"), options over ordinary shares in the Company were granted to certain Directors and PDMRs as shown below at exercise prices of between £381.5p to £383.0p per share.

No consideration was paid for the grant of the options.

The vesting of the award is subject to the continued employment of the participant and the satisfaction of performance conditions set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company. The awards will normally vest on the third anniversary of grant, subject to the performance conditions being met. To the extent that the award vests, it is exercisable from the third to the tenth anniversary of the grant.
