Michael Page International plc ("the Company") announces that on 3 May 2011, Andrew Wayland, a PDMR of the Company, transferred 5,682 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") in the Company to his wife for nil consideration.

Following this transaction, the beneficial interest of Andrew Wayland in the Shares remains unchanged.
