Michael Page International plc (the "Company") announces that on 24 August 2010 it purchased 256,000 of its Ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("shares") at a price of 396.4 pence per share.

The Company intends to hold these shares in Treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 1,278,437 of its shares in Treasury and has 322,825,089 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
