Michael Page International plc (the "Company") announces that on 26 August 2010 it purchased 279,600 of its Ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("shares") at a price of 389.4 pence per share.

The Company intends to hold these shares in Treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 1,822,337 of its shares in Treasury and has 322,281,189 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
