Michael Page International plc (the "Company") announces that on 7 September 2010 it purchased 280,168 of its Ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("shares") at a price of 425.91 pence per share.

The Company intends to hold these shares in Treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 2,918,679 of its shares in Treasury and has 321,269,061 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
