The Company purchased for cancellation on 12th June 2007 315,000 ordinary shares
at a price of 532.23 pence per share. Following the cancellation of these

with voting rights. Following the above purchase, Michael Page International plc
holds no ordinary shares as treasury shares.

Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in Michael Page

the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
