Libra Retail plc announces today that it has changed its name to Leo Insurance
Services plc following the passing of the resolutions at the Extraordinary
General Meeting of the Company yesterday.

The TIDM code for Leo Insurance Services plc will be changed to LEO with effect
from 8.00am 6 January 2006.

The New Ordinary Shares begin trading on AIM on 6 January 2006.
