Dividend Declaration

Palace Capital (LSE: PCA), the UK REIT that has a diversified portfolio of UK regional commercial real estate in carefully selected locations outside of London, is pleased to announce that it will pay a quarterly dividend, in respect of the three months ended 30 June 2019, of 4.75 pence per ordinary share on 18 October 2019 to shareholders on the register as at 27 September 2019. As this dividend relates to the period prior to REIT conversion it is an ordinary dividend.

Palace Capital became a UK REIT on 1 August 2019, the first dividend distribution as a UK REIT is expected to be paid in December 2019.
