Update on Chair recruitment
Further to the announcement dated 27 July 2021 announcing Stanley Davis's retirement from the Board, Palace Capital (LSE: PCA) is providing an update on the Chair recruitment process.
The Company is pleased to report that the search process is progressing well with several strong candidates in the shortlist. The Board intends to progress its interviews next month and expects to announce the details of the new Chair shortly thereafter.
To ensure continuity and minimal disruption during this transition period, Stanley Davis, who was due to stand down on 29 October 2021, has been asked and has agreed to remain on the Board until 31 December with the Chairman elect undertaking their induction into the Company prior to his departure.
