VIKING INTERNET PLC ('the Company')
DEALINGS IN ORDINARY SHARES OF 1p EACH
The Company was informed today of the following transactions, which need to be
disclosed in accordance with Rule 15 of the AIM Rules. Both transactions took
place today.
Malcolm Burne, Executive Chairman, has acquired 2,000,000 shares representing
1.54% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 1.125p per
share. This represents Mr Burne's entire holding in the Company.
Henry Bellingham, Director, has acquired 100,000 shares at a price of 1.125p
per share. Mr Bellingham now holds 475,000 shares, representing 0.37% of the
issued share capital of the Company
