WHITE KNIGHT INVESTMENTS PLC ('WHITE KNIGHT')

Sunvest Investment Corporation Limited ('Sunvest'), a company controlled by Mr
Bruce Rowan, a director of White Knight, has today advised White Knight that, on
15 August 2002, it completed the acquisition of 7,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p
each in White Knight from Tarragona Investment Group (Tarragona') at 1p per
share, as a result of an obligation under an option agreement entered into with
Tarragona on 4 June 2001.

Sunvest now owns 31,000,000 shares in White Knight representing approximately
23.85% of the issued share capital.

Following this transaction, the holding of Tarragona has been reduced to 560,000
shares.
