Appointment of Non-Executive Director
The Board of PIP is pleased to announce the appointment of Zoe Clements as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and member of the Audit, Management Engagement and Nomination Committees with effect from 5 July 2023.
Zoe Clements is an investment, private equity and finance professional with over 15 years of board experience, and over 28 years of executive experience, notably in a private equity context at leading firms such as Palatine Private Equity, Electra Partners, LGV Capital and Royal Bank of Scotland. She is a current Non-Executive Director of JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc and is also a Member of the Social Investment Advisory Committee of the Growth Impact Fund, and a trustee of the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute. She has previously sat on a range of consumer, retail, leisure, healthcare and professional services boards as a Non-Executive Director. Zoe qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC.
There are no other details or disclosures to be made which are required under LR 9.6.13R of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules for the appointment of Zoe Clements.
