Transaction in own shares

Pantheon International Plc announces that on 15 November 2024 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 6.7 pence each ("Shares") on the London Stock Exchange through JP Morgan Securities plc.

A buyback of Ordinary Shares by the Company on any trading day may represent a significant proportion of the daily trading volume in the Ordinary Shares on the Exchange.
