Pantheon was notified on 12 December 2014 that on that date Jay Cheatham, CEO, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 14.86 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Cheatham's beneficial holding in the Company is 3,604,249 shares representing 1.84% of the Company's issued share capital.
