Pantheon Resources Investor Call

Pantheon Resources plc ("Pantheon" or "the Company"), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration company active in Louisiana and Texas, is pleased to confirm that an investor call has been scheduled for Tuesday, 17 April 2012 at 2:30 p.m. British Summer Time (GMT+1).  The call will be hosted by Jay Cheatham, Chief Executive Officer of Pantheon, and is expected to last a maximum of 60 minutes. 

 

Mr. Cheatham will be joined by two representatives from the operator of the Company's Tyler County Joint Venture, Vision Gas Resources LLC ("Vision"), Mr Bobby Gray, the Chief Executive Officer of Vision, and Mr Art Berman, an adviser to Vision and Pantheon and an experienced and distinguished geologist.

 

A short presentation to accompany the call, prepared by Vision and Art Berman, will be available on Pantheon's website from approximately 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 17 April 2012. 

 

The format for the call will comprise an introduction by Mr. Cheatham followed by a discussion by Messrs Gray and Berman of key issues relating to the Tyler County Joint Venture assets, in particular:

 

·     A discussion about the conclusions drawn from the recently completed study on the Woodbine formation. The JV has increased confidence that the Woodbine formation known to be present on its acreage appears analogous to the prolific "AA wells" field, which is a gas condensate field. The economic value of the JV's Woodbine targets is primarily correlated to the oil price as opposed to the natural gas price.

·     A review of the geological and economic aspects of the Austin Chalk formation.

·     A review of the outlook for drilling of the KF#1H well and a discussion of the reasons for the historic delays.

 

In order to make the call as efficient as possible, and to maximise the contributions of the presenters, there will not be an open question and answer session.  Investors are invited to submit in advance any questions they may have on the Tyler County project to: [e-mail] and the presenters will endeavour to answer these during the call.  Any questions not answered within the allotted time will be followed up by the Company.
