Posting of GM Notice

Panther Metals plc (LSE:PALM), the company focused on mineral exploration in Canada, announces that, further to the Company's announcement of 12 March 2025 (RNS Number: 3848A) relating to the allotment, issue, and admission to listing of a combined total of 362,250 new ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") at an issue price 50p (the "Settlement Shares") and delivery of 362,250 warrants with an exercise price of 75p to the former holders of loan notes, it has today published a circular ("Circular") convening a general meeting of holders of Ordinary Shares ("Shareholders") (the "GM") and associated form of proxy ("Form of Proxy", and together with the Circular, the "GM Notice") to seek authority from Shareholders for Panther Metals to issue the Settlement Shares and the new Ordinary Shares underlying the warrants.

The GM is scheduled to be held at 9.30 a.m. on 2 April 2025 at the offices of Orrick, Herrington, Sutcliffe (UK) LLP at 9^th Floor, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN, United Kingdom.
