The Company has been notified that, on 4 October 2007, John Doyle, executive 
director, bought 2,500 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 
380 pence per share.

Following the above purchases Mr Doyle is now beneficially interested in 7,500 
ordinary shares equivalent to 0.04 per cent. of the issued share capital of 
the Company.
